My name is Elaine Castillo and I am very blessed to have a wonderful, supportive husband and two amazing beautiful boys. Together they fill my life with great joy and make me complete. My husband’s name is Isaac Castillo (my high school sweetheart), my four year old’s name is Solomon Isaac Castillo and my 19 month old’s name is Benjamin Jakob Castillo. We currently reside somewhere in TX, a beautiful city by the way.

My home is my family, whether we live in a mansion or struggle to barely make it. My family brings me great happiness.  There is a season for everything as the bible clearly indicates. The different seasons bring about different emotions, memories and moments to cherish. A friend once sent me an email about the hardships we go through in life and how they can be compared to ingredients in a cake; Eating raw eggs, oil, or flour alone can be disgusting, however when they are all mixed and cooked, they make a delicious and fulfilling cake. The same goes for the struggles we go through in life, if we chose to dwell on the problem then heartache and disgust will take over. If we can look past the problem and learn from it, then our lives will be fulfilling and sweet….just like a slice of cake. So for every season, obstacle, celebration, holiday, or any other reason have a slice of your favorite piece of cake and trust that God will see you through.
